I'm James Mason and I have travelled to Tiger Muay Thai & MMA Training Camp in Phuket, Thailand to loose 100kg in weight.

Another sunday is here and its been a very hard week with both training and dieting so all i want to do today is have a nice relaxing day with a 2 hour massage.
This is the best place in Chalong to get a massage, but trust me they are very strong.

I am so happy today my striking trainer has arrived back at Tiger Muay Thai today, he has been in dubai training some of the best mma fighters in the world for the past 3 month.
I am very pleased because he has been a huge influence and helps me so much with my training, so tomorrow i will be training with him.

Big Buddah »

Well another sunday and something fun to see as always.
Today i went to the big buddah with some friends today had some fun and got blessed buy the monks.

Ok so i have hit another hurdle and the weight loss is really no going the way i wanted so i have decided to go on a ver strick low calorie diet.
I believe this will help reset my metabolism and is enough energy and nutrients for me.

Breakfast : Green tea
Lunch : 150 Grams of lean grilled chicken
120 Grams of steamed asparagus
Dinner : 150 Grams of grilled white unsmoked fish fillet
120 Grams of steamed broccoli

And a minimum of 5 litres of water per day, i will also drink more warm green tea throughout the day.

With regards to training i will continue to train but at a lower intensity i will keep you posted on my exercise routine.

New Circuit !!!! »

Well im so tired tonight, today i took part in the afternoon group body fit based upon a croos fit work out. This is the hardest thing i have done physically for a long time.
It was only a 20 minute continuous workout but its so intense.
This is the workout we did and repeateted for 20 minutes and the only rest you can take is 3 deep breaths at any one time.

SQUATS X 15
PUSH UPS X 15
SIT UPS X 15
BURPEES X 15
SPRINT / JOG 40 METERS.

All of these exercises were performed cross fit style.

So i managed 13roundsand and 3 push ups in 20 minutes. Try it for yourselves amazing for cardio and weight loss

Infection Again. »

I cannot explain how upset i am today i have been in the hospital with my leg. After numerous test i have found out that my leg will hold the bacteria all the time and the more i kick will irritate it and break down the security barrier, which then leads to cellulits.
I now have to rest for 12 days untill i can exercise again.
Feeling very low today i have reduced my carbohydrate intake to just fruit and vegetables only. This also makes me feel so tired.
