Ok so i have hit another hurdle and the weight loss is really no going the way i wanted so i have decided to go on a ver strick low calorie diet.
I believe this will help reset my metabolism and is enough energy and nutrients for me.
Breakfast : Green tea
Lunch : 150 Grams of lean grilled chicken
120 Grams of steamed asparagus
Dinner : 150 Grams of grilled white unsmoked fish fillet
120 Grams of steamed broccoli
And a minimum of 5 litres of water per day, i will also drink more warm green tea throughout the day.
With regards to training i will continue to train but at a lower intensity i will keep you posted on my exercise routine.
